Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Compliance Manager to lead our regulatory strategy and ensure full adherence to VARA regulations. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining our compliance framework, managing regulatory relationships, and overseeing AML/CFT controls.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain AML/CFT policies and procedures
- Manage day-to-day relationship with VARA and other regulators
- Oversee client onboarding (KYC/KYB) and transaction monitoring
- Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments
- Ensure timely submission of regulatory reports
Requirements
- 5+ years of compliance experience in financial services
- Deep understanding of UAE and VARA regulatory frameworks
- Experience with virtual asset regulations is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of AML/CFT laws and best practices
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
